As kids come and go from the Brackenhurst compound, they all usually seem to get along very well. This is one of the things Lex and Beck are starting to discover about their new lives as Third Culture Kids. Friends on the field come and go based on mission, home assignments and other factors. They are learning to live with saying goodbye more frequently than they would normally in the States and also are learning to make friends on deeper levels than most their age normally would. This is a BIG growing process for both of them.
I think this is the first family picture we have taken since we have been here!
We had the opportunity to fellowship with some friends from "up-country" a couple of weeks ago. Our time with them was short, but it was nice to reconnect with them!
Movie night at the Davis house, complete with friends and popcorn. I think Disney's Aladdin was the movie of choice this evening.
