God's Healing Hand...
I wanted to pass on a story of God’s Divine Sovereignty and Healing in my life. Last week, I had been sick – very sick – with a flu that I was pretty sure was malaria. I hurt all over. I literally felt like I had been in a 2 hour boxing match with Mike Tyson (ok, my ear was intact, but other than that…). I had chills that made me shake all over, sweats that soaked my clothes, a headache, upset stomach, cough and I was exhausted – but couldn’t sleep. I went in to the hospital to be tested for malaria, which after 4 hours there, turned out to be negative.
I came home and two of my neighbors standing outside asked if they could pray for me. They walked right over, laid hands on me and prayed, in faith, for my healing. I walked into the house and within15 minutes started to realize that I felt completely better, save a slight cough. That heath has continued until this very minute. I firmly believe that this was the Hand of God working in response to faithful prayer. Thought you would all be excited to hear the news!

Thank you Kyle for sharing and praise God.
Love you,
Hugs.

Yes, YEs, YES - the healing hand of God! As I recently witness His healing in some areas in my own life I am amazed how little we trust in what He can do! P.S. I love this site!

Thanks be to God! I continually feel compelled to pray for your protection and health. No doubt you all have many prayer warriors working for you. Thanks for posting that inspiring incident.

During my sleepless night I ventured out into your blogsite, looked at all the pics and stories and love you all even more. Mike and I think of you often, pray for you and although we are busy trying to acquaint ourselves with our new land, you are always on our minds. Keep on co-laborers,
for the King, Ellen

Hey there Jess and Kyle:
I just found you both again on the web. We were totally cut off from our e-mail service when we left the states and were cut off from all of you from MTI. So, we are googling people. LOL. So great to read your posts and especially to see the pics. Everyone looks so happy and healthy. We'd love to hear from you. You can get our contact information at www.comptonsupport.org
We envy all of you that raised your support before coming (as we know you all envied us for not having to raise support). We got here to find out that the church can not support us. So, now we are on the backtrack trying to support our family. We were so excited to read your story about the car. It gives us hope for financial blessings. I'd love to talk with you sometime (been looking for you on Skype). Blessings on you and your family.
Cheryl and Roger Compton
PS: Jess, I am still keeping my promise. CLC
