The long silence...
Wow! Has it been a long time or what? Our sincere apologies for the extended silence. The end of the year brought much busy-ness, I guess as it always does. Crunch time at the end of the year included: studying and taking final (oral and written) exams in Kiswahili, moving to a different house, hosting Kyle's parents and sister for a 3 week visit over the Christmas break, Christmas, a car accident, police and insurance reports, New Years and beginning of the year reports. It has been a wild month.
I am in the process of updating our website and will have a good number of new blog posts soon. Please continue to check back soon for more new pictures and thoughts!

Jess and Kyle, Hey, we finally got online! now we can read your site, and it was wonderful today to see your faces and the beautiful country. What an awesome experience you are having! Good to hear from you. Wow, that's great that family came to visit. What were their reactions of being there? Continuing to pray for all of you and thinking more of you as the next semester of EE gets ready to begin in a few weeks. Can't wait to come visit!
